Who is OMEDOM?
OMEDOM: 1st online wealth management service to facilitate family transfers.
OMEDOM was created in March 2021, in Albi in Tarn, by Coline SINQUIN.
OMEDOM is aimed at all owners, with a solution that allows users to centralize different assets (real estate, financial) in the same place, manage their cash flow
in real time and share your assets between trusted third parties (parents, children, spouses, experts, etc.).

How do I activate my alerts/notifications?
Go to your “Account”, in the “Notifications” section, you can select different types of alert according to your needs.

What subscriptions are available?
OMEDOM offers 3 subscription levels:
● “ ESSENTIAL ” – Free, limited to one property
● “ PREMIUM ” – €95 including tax / year or €10 including tax / month
● “ FAMILY ” – €449 including tax / year or €45 including tax / month
1 single subscription for 5 PREMIUM accounts, including 4 to share with members of your family.

What does sharing with a third party or member of a Real Estate Company mean?
Sharing with a third party or member of a real estate company (manager or partner) makes it possible to make information relating to real estate, a property visible for reading or writing.

Please note: Sharing with a third party or member of a Real Estate Company only concerns information related to the property, building or Real Estate Company that you have selected.
Sharing will never allow access to your OMEDOM account information, your subscription, or your banking information.

How is my data secure?
The security of your data is OUR priority! OMEDOM is above all YOUR digital safe!
Our privacy policy is high because, at OMEDOM, user security is paramount.

Aware of the trust our users place in us, we are very vigilant about the sensitive data we collect and no data is used on a collective or commercial basis .

The servers used to store our users' data are located in the European area. The data is encrypted using the AES 256 algorithm, one of the most secure.
To reinforce the security of our users, OMEDOM gives the choice of activating double factor authentication, an activation code is sent by email.

Connect my banks for real-time tracking?
Thanks to the OMEDOM solution, you can connect your banks to:

Retrieve the overall balance of your accounts and details for each individual account.

Access information related to your loans and savings, which you can manage in the “Financial Assets” section.

Link your bank transactions for real-time tracking of expenses and income related to your “Real Estate Portfolio.”
These steps only need to be completed once. After that, updates occur automatically and in real-time.
How to Connect Your Bank Accounts:

First, go to the ‘Bank’ menu and click on the ‘Connect a Bank’ button.

A new window will open. Search for your bank, then enter your bank credentials.

You are in a secure environment; these credentials are never stored or reused. They are solely used to establish a link between your bank and your OMEDOM solution.

Once your bank is connected, you can view the balance of your accounts, as well as the details of each account (checking accounts, savings accounts, securities accounts, etc.).
Linking Bank Transactions to Real Estate Expenses and Income:

Click on ‘Transactions’.

Select the bank account from which the transaction originated.

Associate the transaction with an expense or income.
Once the linkage is set up, everything will update in real-time based on the selected frequency.
